Start works at Kerremanspark

In the Kerremanspark in Zellik (Asse) started the works within the land development project Molenbeek-Maalbeek. This project wants to strenghten the open space in the Flemish belly arount Brussels. A hiking and running track of 1kilometer will be created centrally in the park. The track leads cyclists and hikers along open spaces, (play) woods and beautiful pieces of nature. Ecological measures make a better living environment for the grass snake, the pyramidal orchid and the kingfisher. Co-partners are: commune of Asse, Regionaal Landschap Groene Corridor, VELT and Natuurpunt.
